Andrew Maw
Andrew’s focus since retiring from the Canadian federal public service has been to help clients improve digital service delivery by maximizing the use of their data holdings and assisting government regulators in adopting risk-based compliance models derived from data on the individuals or businesses they oversee. This often involves developing risk models and determining how these models can be practically applied in the client’s daily operations.
After years as an executive delivering programs and operations, Andrew is keen to find applied solutions that use case management and other software tools to help clients quickly transition from conceptual models to operational applications. These solutions often incorporate advanced statistical models, including machine learning and other sophisticated techniques.
In many cases, there is also a need to enhance data management and leverage existing data holdings through advanced analytics to meet a range of organizational needs. As part of this work, Andrew’s contracts frequently include business transformation, project management, coaching, and change management components.
