Dr. Andersen's prolific research output consists of over 500 papers and book chapters, earning him prestigious awards like the Lehman and Merit Awards from the US Society of Toxicology and the Mildred S. Christian Award from the Academy of Toxicological Sciences.

Daniel Krewski began his career in the federal government of Canada, focusing on programs within Health Canada, particularly in food safety and environmental health. Trained in mathematics, statistics, and biostatistics, his multidisciplinary background reflects the complex nature of risk science. He later transitioned to academia, founding the McLaughlin Centre for Population Health Risk Assessment at the University of Ottawa. There, he developed new methodologies and collaborated internationally. In 2006, he co-founded Risk Sciences International, aiming to provide expert advice on diverse risk issues. Dr. Al-Zoughool, an associate professor at Kuwait University's College of Public Health, conducts interdisciplinary research on public health risks, including chemical, biological, physical, and lifestyle factors' impact on chronic diseases such as cancer and asthma. His work involves projects like modeling emerging infectious diseases, assessing occupational asthma in healthcare, and studying air pollution's cardiovascular disease risk. He previously held positions at King Saud Bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, the University of Ottawa, and the International Agency for Research on Cancer. Dr. Nataliya Karyakina brings extensive expertise in toxicology and risk assessment to RSI. With a Ph.D. in Toxicology and experience at the McLaughlin Centre for Population Health Risk Assessment, she specializes in evaluating health risks from exposure to various toxic agents. Her research spans essential and toxic metals, pharmaceuticals, and nanomaterials. She has contributed to projects on chemical classification and labeling, as well as health-based regulatory guidance. Currently, she focuses on the health effects of engineered nanoalumina and diagnostic criteria for occupational manganism.

Dr. Tee L. Guidotti is an esteemed international consultant in occupational and environmental medicine, specializing in risk management and sustainability. His work encompasses problem-solving, medical evaluation, medicolegal services, and extensive publishing and writing. Although retired from the George Washington University, he maintains active roles in teaching and research, holding adjunct faculty positions at West Virginia University and the University of Alberta. His interests span energy technologies, firefighter health, climate change adaptation, and science policy. Dr. Guidotti's contributions include over 300 papers, eight books, and numerous awards, notably the Knudsen Award for Lifetime Achievement in Occupational and Environmental Medicine in 2013. His focus now centers on environmental sustainability and health.

Margaret Wilson holds a BSc, BEd, and MSc in Molecular Biology, with post-graduate certificates in Population Health Risk Assessment and Management. She has worked extensively in health risk research, from BSE risk management to foodborne hazards. Currently at RSI, her focus includes risk prioritization and addressing challenges related to climate change. Margaret's multidisciplinary background equips her to tackle complex risk issues effectively.

Monique Macdonald brings 35 years of experience in office management and financial administration to her role as Office Administrator at RSI. Specializing in stakeholder liaison, data management, and bookkeeping, she also supports sales, marketing, and workshop administration. Monique holds a diploma in Business Administration and Accounting and has a background in both aerial surveying and industry association firms. Additionally, she serves as RSI’s Alternate Security Officer for federal government contracting services.

Paul Stanish holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Carleton University and a Ph.D. in Chemistry and Nanotechnology from the University of Waterloo. His doctoral research focused on energy movement in semiconducting oxides. Paul has experience in analytical chemistry and has developed Android applications for risk management in options trading. He joined Risk Sciences International in 2021, focusing on leveraging emerging tools to modernize client understanding of risk and streamline data culture.

With a B.Math, M.Sc, and Ph.D in Statistics from Carleton University, Shintaro Hagiwara specialized in optimal design for quantitative high-throughput screening and a value-of-information framework for regulatory decision-making. He honed his communication skills through teaching and consulting roles at Carleton. Since joining Risk Sciences International in 2023, his focus has been on applying the VOI framework and developing health-based guideline values for chemicals.

Nawal Farhat is an epidemiologist with expertise in systematic reviews and database analysis. She collaborates with RSI on systematic reviews related to exposure-related health effects. Her doctoral research at the University of Ottawa focused on analyzing electronic medical records to study drug-drug interactions in cardiovascular patients. Nawal holds an MSc in Epidemiology, where she explored the health effects of air pollution in Canadian cities. Her background includes coordinating surveillance systems for communicable diseases at Lebanon's Ministry of Public Health and teaching epidemiology and biostatistics courses.
