Her work includes developing health risk communication strategies and drafting publicly accessible scientific information, advising on public messaging for nuclear energy and nuclear waste management, and supporting regulatory agencies in the evaluation and management of complex risk portfolios. She has been deeply involved in several RSI projects examining how mandates, institutional contexts, and public attitudes shape regulatory decision-making across federal domains. Anne has also contributed to scholarly work at RSI, including co-authoring a scoping review on the evolution of health and environmental risk decision-making, an article on the potential health risks associated with aluminum, and a book chapter on public concerns related to blood safety. Dr. Paul Price is a Senior Analyst at Risk Sciences International (RSI), bringing over four decades of experience as a pioneer in exposure science and chemical risk assessment. Since joining RSI in 2019, Dr. Price has focused on advancing mixture risk assessment—an increasingly vital area as regulators shift from assessing single chemicals in isolation to understanding the cumulative effects of combined exposures. His current work includes the development of Mixture Adjustment Factors, participation in international regulatory committees, and authorship of scholarly publications aimed at refining the science-policy interface of chemical mixture risk.

As an Associate Expert with Risk Sciences International, Dr. Arnold brings clinical depth and field experience to RSI’s work in occupational health risk assessment and workplace safety policy development. He provides expert insight on topics such as exposure-related health outcomes, physical and psychological stressors in industrial settings, and the integration of clinical data into population-level risk models.

As a Risk Management Expert at RSI, John Lark brings a wealth of practical and policy-level experience to support strategic risk frameworks, enterprise-level risk reviews, and board advisory services. He contributes to RSI projects that require deep knowledge of international standards (especially ISO 31000) and risk integration into organizational governance and operations. Jennifer Go holds a BHSc in Health Sciences and an M.Sc. in Epidemiology, both from the University of Ottawa. Her academic work has spanned epigenetics, mental illness, and environmental exposures. Joining Risk Sciences International in 2017 as a Risk Analyst, she specializes in epidemiology. Jennifer's skill set includes systematic reviews, data manipulation, and statistical modeling. She has worked on diverse projects, ranging from pharmacoeconomic evaluations to analyses involving large datasets and electronic health records.

Don Mattison's career is an amalgamation of medicine, science, and public service. He started with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Mathematics, followed by a Master's from MIT in Chemistry. He then pivoted to medicine, obtaining an MD from Columbia University and focusing on pharmacology and toxicology in reproductive health during his residencies. Mattison has held several prestigious appointments, including Dean of the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Public Health and Chief Medical Officer at Risk Sciences International. Throughout his career, he obtained medical licenses in six U.S. states and served in the U.S. Public Health Service, retiring with the rank of Captain. Most recently, he became a Distinguished Professor of Epidemiology at the University of South Carolina.

Dr. Franco Momoli joined Risk Sciences International (RSI) in 2019 and currently serves as Vice-President, Chemical and Product Safety. In this role, he leads a multidisciplinary team of epidemiologists, risk assessors, toxicologists, and biostatisticians in conducting human health risk assessments related to environmental contaminants and consumer products. His practice group supports government agencies, regulatory bodies, and international partners in making science-informed decisions that safeguard public health.

Dr. Cote is an Associate Expert at Risk Sciences International, where she brings world-class expertise in environmental health risk assessment, risk management, and science-informed public policy. She contributes to projects that require strategic application of risk methodologies to environmental, occupational, and chemical exposure issues—often at the intersection of regulation, sustainability, and health protection. Her work with RSI benefits from her deep understanding of both U.S. and international regulatory environments and her commitment to advancing decision-making through transparent and defensible science.

Margaret Wilson is a Senior Risk Analyst at Risk Sciences International (RSI), where she has been a foundational member since the company’s inception in 2006. Drawing on a rare combination of scientific breadth and analytical precision, Margaret has supported and led a wide range of multidisciplinary projects spanning microbial and chemical food safety, prion diseases, climate-related risk prioritization, and global regulatory systems.

Andrew’s focus since retiring from the Canadian federal public service has been to help clients improve digital service delivery by maximizing the use of their data holdings and assisting government regulators in adopting risk-based compliance models derived from data on the individuals or businesses they oversee. This often involves developing risk models and determining how these models can be practically applied in the client’s daily operations.
