Dr. Tee L. Guidotti is an esteemed international consultant in occupational and environmental medicine, specializing in risk management and sustainability. His work encompasses problem-solving, medical evaluation, medicolegal services, and extensive publishing and writing. Although retired from the George Washington University, he maintains active roles in teaching and research, holding adjunct faculty positions at West Virginia University and the University of Alberta. Dr. Nataliya Karyakina brings extensive expertise in toxicology and risk assessment to RSI. With a Ph.D. in Toxicology and experience at the McLaughlin Centre for Population Health Risk Assessment, she specializes in evaluating health risks from exposure to various toxic agents. Her research spans essential and toxic metals, pharmaceuticals, and nanomaterials. She has contributed to projects on chemical classification and labeling, as well as health-based regulatory guidance. Currently, she focuses on the health effects of engineered nanoalumina and diagnostic criteria for occupational manganism.

Monique Macdonald brings 35 years of experience in office management and financial administration to her role as Office Administrator at RSI. Specializing in stakeholder liaison, data management, and bookkeeping, she also supports sales, marketing, and workshop administration. Monique holds a diploma in Business Administration and Accounting and has a background in both aerial surveying and industry association firms. Additionally, she serves as RSI’s Alternate Security Officer for federal government contracting services.

Dr. Bird is a distinguished professional with a Board Certification in Toxicology, Chartered Chemist status, and is recognized as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. He earned both an MSc and a PhD in Toxicology and Biochemical Toxicology from Surrey University, UK. Dr. Bird's contributions extend to over 40 publications, and his remarkable work in advancing regulatory science and policy in toxicology earned him the prestigious Achievement Award from the International Society of Regulatory Toxicology and Pharmacology in 2011.

Since 2002, Mr. McNair has led key aspects of Cerner's Big Data operations, ensuring data quality for over 700 healthcare institutions. His role focuses on using this data for predictive models and decision-support solutions. McNair's career at Cerner began in 1986, where he co-invented Discern Expert®, a real-time decision-support engine used globally. He held positions in regulatory affairs, served as a General Manager, and worked in pharmaceutical roles. McNair is a prominent figure in mathematical modeling, AI, and health finance, with over 100 patents and numerous publications. He's also active in volunteer work and academic pursuits.

With 45 years of experience in exposure and risk assessment, Dr. Paul Price has worked with diverse organizations, including the U.S. EPA and Dow Chemical. Specializing in mixture risk assessments, he is an adjunct professor at the University of Iowa and serves on the European Food Safety Authority’s committee on combined exposures. A prolific author, Dr. Price is currently focused on publications concerning mixture risk assessment and the Mixture Adjustment Factor.

Martin LeBlanc specializes in business development at RSI, focusing on client needs across various sectors including health, nuclear, and aerospace. With a background in electrical/mechanical technology and sales, he excels in assembling project teams and navigating complex procurement processes. He is adept at contract negotiation, proposal development, and is well-versed in Government of Canada procurement vehicles. Martin is also experienced in international projects and adapts quickly to new procurement processes.

Franco Momoli transitioned from animal sciences to become an epidemiologist and biostatistician. Initially intrigued by human aging and Alzheimer's Disease, he later focused on cancer etiology and innovative statistical methods. As a professor at the University of Ottawa, he mentored graduate students and led multinational studies. He also worked at research institutes in Ottawa, contributing to diverse clinical research. Currently, he is the Practice Lead for Chemical and Product Safety at Risk Sciences International and an adjunct professor. His work spans from assessing environmental contaminants to innovating public health approaches in chemical management.
