World Health Organization (WHO)

WHO is the United Nations’ specialized agency for health. Founded in 1948, it coordinates international health efforts, sets standards, and supports countries in health policy, disease response, and health system strengthening. WHO is headquartered in Geneva and plays a central role in global pandemic response and vaccination efforts.
