United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction (UNISDR)

UNISDR was the former name of the UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR). It leads global efforts to reduce disaster risks and promote resilience. UNISDR coordinated implementation of the Hyogo and Sendai Frameworks, working closely with governments, NGOs, and other international agencies.
