Global Forum for Health Research (GFHR)

GFHR was an international organization based in Geneva that advocated for more health research focused on low- and middle-income countries. It was known for the “10/90 gap” concept, highlighting that only 10% of global health research addressed conditions affecting 90% of the world’s population. It merged with COHRED (Council on Health Research for Development) in 2010.
