In 2023, Dr. Krewski passed the CEO's baton to Greg Paoli; he remains active as RSI Chief Risk Scientist.

Dr. Willhite is an Associate Expert at Risk Sciences International, where he supports the development of quantitative health risk assessments for both naturally occurring and synthetic chemicals. Monique MacDonald is a seasoned Office Administrator with over thirty-five years of experience ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of office environments. She joined Risk Sciences International (RSI) in 2017, where she oversees the full range of internal operations and provides essential support across RSI’s scientific, operational, and client engagement activities. Her responsibilities include bookkeeping, financial support such as budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking, as well as sales and marketing support. She also serves as operational and logistics coordinator for RSI’s convening events, including training sessions, workshops, and meetings.

Dr. Cote is an Associate Expert at Risk Sciences International, where she brings world-class expertise in environmental health risk assessment, risk management, and science-informed public policy. She contributes to projects that require strategic application of risk methodologies to environmental, occupational, and chemical exposure issues—often at the intersection of regulation, sustainability, and health protection. Her work with RSI benefits from her deep understanding of both U.S. and international regulatory environments and her commitment to advancing decision-making through transparent and defensible science.

Dr. Paul Stanish joined Risk Sciences International (RSI) in 2021 as a Risk Analyst, where he plays an essential role in advancing data-driven risk practices. Leveraging his strong background in chemistry and nanotechnology, he supports clients in building modern data cultures grounded in causal inference, machine learning operations (MLOps), and organizational performance measurement. His work ensures that risk frameworks not only incorporate emerging technologies but are also scalable and operational within institutional settings.

Hong Duan is a Systems Analyst and Application Developer at Risk Sciences International, where she has applied her expertise since 2011. She holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Ottawa and is certified as a Microsoft .NET Professional Developer. Hong specializes in developing database-driven, risk-based web applications.

Dr. Emma Hartnett is Vice-President, Risk Modelling and Simulation at Risk Sciences International (RSI), where she has been a foundational member since its inception in 2006. A globally recognized authority in quantitative risk assessment (QRA), she specializes in developing risk models and decision support tools for complex public health and safety challenges across biological, chemical, and environmental domains.

Margaret Wilson is a Senior Risk Analyst at Risk Sciences International (RSI), where she has been a foundational member since the company’s inception in 2006. Drawing on a rare combination of scientific breadth and analytical precision, Margaret has supported and led a wide range of multidisciplinary projects spanning microbial and chemical food safety, prion diseases, climate-related risk prioritization, and global regulatory systems.

Greg Paoli earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Waterloo, specializing in engineering and systems design. His early career involved diverse research projects at the University of Waterloo's Institute for Risk Research. Greg later founded Decisionalysis Risk Consultants in 1997 and co-founded Risk Sciences International in 2006. He has served on multiple high-profile committees, including those under the U.S. National Academy of Sciences. As CEO of Risk Sciences International, Greg focuses on risk-based regulatory transformations and has developed enabling technologies like FDA-iRISK. His work spans various sectors, from food and chemical safety to public health, and he continues to contribute to the advancement of risk-based decision-making methodologies.

Dr. Tee L. Guidotti is an esteemed international consultant in occupational and environmental medicine, specializing in risk management and sustainability. His work encompasses problem-solving, medical evaluation, medicolegal services, and extensive publishing and writing. Although retired from the George Washington University, he maintains active roles in teaching and research, holding adjunct faculty positions at West Virginia University and the University of Alberta. His interests span energy technologies, firefighter health, climate change adaptation, and science policy. Dr. Guidotti's contributions include over 300 papers, eight books, and numerous awards, notably the Knudsen Award for Lifetime Achievement in Occupational and Environmental Medicine in 2013. His focus now centers on environmental sustainability and health.
