Global Movement for Children (GMC)

GMC was a worldwide advocacy initiative promoting children’s rights and well-being, inspired by the UN Special Session on Children in 2002. It brought together NGOs, UN agencies, and youth advocates to support global commitments to children. UNICEF was a key founding partner. It is now largely dormant or integrated into other child-rights platforms.
