Risk Sciences International (RSI) is proud to announce that CEO Greg Paoli has been designated as a Fellow of the Society for Risk Analysis (SRA). SRA President Jacqueline MacDonald-Gibson presented the Fellowship during the Awards Luncheon at the Society’s Annual Meeting this past December in Washington, DC.
The status of Fellow is one of the highest honors in the field. The award citation designates Paoli as a Fellow “in recognition of outstanding contributions to the profession of Risk Analysis.”
While acknowledging the personal honor, Paoli emphasized the collaborative nature of risk science. “It’s true that I have been active in risk science for decades now,” Paoli noted, “but it is also true that much of my success has come from the support and teachings of both my amazing co-workers and our diverse range of clients.”
This designation marks a significant milestone in RSI’s continued leadership in the field. It represents the fifth major award bestowed upon RSI personnel by the SRA:
- Daniel Krewski: Fellow (1993)
- Greg Paoli: Distinguished Lectureship Award (2009)
- Daniel Krewski: Distinguished Achievement Award (2013)
- Emma Harnett: Chauncey Starr Award (2016)
- Greg Paoli: Fellow (2025)
