Following up on the recommendations put forth by the Expert Management Panel on River Flood Mitigation, the Environmental and Safety Management (ESM) and Water Resources (WS) business units of the City of Calgary are currently assessing how to best develop a suite of watershed-scale climate models to capture various weather event scenarios that may affect the City water resources in the future.
Recognizing that climate change is a key concern for many sectors, ESM and WS are seeking input from other stakeholders to optimize their endeavor and share the benefits of the study. To kick-start this effort, they are inviting you to join them for an informative webinar.
Presenter: Frank Frigo, Leader River Engineering, City of Calgary
