McNair's career at Cerner began in 1986, where he co-invented Discern Expert®, a real-time decision-support engine used globally. He held positions in regulatory affairs, served as a General Manager, and worked in pharmaceutical roles. McNair is a prominent figure in mathematical modeling, AI, and health finance, with over 100 patents and numerous publications. He's also active in volunteer work and academic pursuits.

Dr. Andersen's illustrious 45-year career in toxicology and risk assessment includes key positions such as Chief Science Officer at The Hamner Institutes for Health Sciences and Professor of Environmental Health at Colorado State University. His significant contributions include developing biologically realistic models for toxic chemical and drug effects, notably in physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modeling, advancing the field of chemical risk assessment. Dr. Andersen's prolific research output consists of over 500 papers and book chapters, earning him prestigious awards like the Lehman and Merit Awards from the US Society of Toxicology and the Mildred S. Christian Award from the Academy of Toxicological Sciences.

Throughout his career, he obtained medical licenses in six U.S. states and served in the U.S. Public Health Service, retiring with the rank of Captain. Most recently, he became a Distinguished Professor of Epidemiology at the University of South Carolina.

Emma Hartnett is an internationally recognized expert in risk assessment, specializing in toxicological, microbiological, and nutritional hazards. She holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology and a Ph.D. in Statistics and Modelling Science, where her thesis work focused on quantitative risk assessment for campylobacter infection from chicken. Hartnett has developed a variety of decision support tools addressing issues from infectious diseases to bioterrorism preparedness. She frequently contributes to WHO and FAO initiatives, and has been selected for the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Meetings on Microbiological Risk Assessment Roster of Experts for 2018-2022.

Daniel Krewski began his career in the federal government of Canada, focusing on programs within Health Canada, particularly in food safety and environmental health. Trained in mathematics, statistics, and biostatistics, his multidisciplinary background reflects the complex nature of risk science. He later transitioned to academia, founding the McLaughlin Centre for Population Health Risk Assessment at the University of Ottawa. There, he developed new methodologies and collaborated internationally. In 2006, he co-founded Risk Sciences International, aiming to provide expert advice on diverse risk issues. His contributions have been instrumental in shaping risk assessment frameworks used by organizations like Health Canada and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. In 2023, Dr. Krewski passed the CEO's baton to Greg Paoli; he remains active as RSI Chief Risk Scientist.

Dr. Bird is a distinguished professional with a Board Certification in Toxicology, Chartered Chemist status, and is recognized as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. He earned both an MSc and a PhD in Toxicology and Biochemical Toxicology from Surrey University, UK. Dr. Bird's contributions extend to over 40 publications, and his remarkable work in advancing regulatory science and policy in toxicology earned him the prestigious Achievement Award from the International Society of Regulatory Toxicology and Pharmacology in 2011.

Dr. Kacew is a distinguished figure in the field of toxicology, holding various prominent editorial positions. Notably, he serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Toxicology and Environmental Health, Part A, and the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Toxicology and Environmental Health, Part B, Critical Reviews. Dr. Kacew is also the North American Editor for Toxicological and Environmental Chemistry and holds an Associate Editor role in Toxicology and Applied Pharmacology, among others. His extensive publication portfolio includes over 150 papers, reviews, and book chapters, with a focus on general toxicology, including renal, hepatic, and pulmonary toxicology.
